7 years of ballet and contemporary dance taught me body awareness, movement expression, and how emotions can be communicated through the body.
I began teaching choreography at 18, helping people connect with themselves through movement and confidence.
Later, I trained as a stretching and Pilates instructor, gaining a deeper understanding of body mechanics and biological processes.
Yoga became the missing piece that brought everything together β showing me that true health is a complete system of movement, strength, flexibility, nutrition, and awareness.
